A BIT ABOUT ME
My passion for fitness is two-fold- I love being active and working out, and I love to inspire and motivate others to do the same.
​
Over the years I've ran track, cross country, half marathons, marathons and ultra marathons. I've taken fitness classes with nearly every common fitness modality- yoga, pilates, HIIT, weight lifting, treadmill intervals, rowing, etc. I've trained runners and walkers for marathons and I've coached group fitness / HIIT classes.
I believe the key to being both mentally HAPPY and physically HEALTHY is finding the combination of workout styles that you enjoy and actually look forward to, so that you are motivated to fit it and keep it in your life.
